Since I was busy writing about cookies yesterday, here you go!

Chicken Bones (including some that were buffalo wings in the previous life)
The Usual:  onion and garlic peels, carrot ends and peels, celery ends

Eggplant skins
Zucchini ends (going to be seeing a lot of those for the next little bit)
The peels and seeds from the catsup I made. 
Pepper tops and seeds


The whole house smelled like Caponata!
