Ham bone from a Sunday baked ham (as well as all the drippings in the bottom of the pan)
Chicken bones from hot wings

Carrots, garlic, onion, celery

Tops of fresh and roasted peppers
Corn cobs
Tomato tops

A few whole peppercorns
Thyme
Parsley
Bay leaves

Hi Jesse!
Now that's one inventive stock. I was thinking about making "hot wings" for a snack for tomorrow night. Marion is more of a non spicy kind of eater and she has planned a meal of salad for Saturday. I'll save the scrapings from the wings for a pull out of the freezer "cajun" stock. (I've got bits of ham in the freezer and stock already:)
